Project Project Leadership: Delaware and Grant County, Indiana

These words, humble, sincere and appreciative,
were written by a grateful teenager in Project Leadership’s mentoring program. She wrote them to honor a special person in her life -- a mentor who told her she could succeed when she thought she could not.

We know you have many choices in the way you impact the community in our collective effort to make it healthy and strong. In this season that celebrates gratitude, we offer you ours for your heartfelt work. And, we ask that you might consider a gift to Project Leadership to support programming to help local students get to and through college to fulfill lifelong dreams.

Your gift sends a strong message to our teens searching for encouragers: We believe you can.

Thank you for considering a gift to Project Leadership.

Three Reasons to Become a Project Leadership Mentor

#1: It takes an hour. There's a lot you can do in just an hour, you can talk, play a game, or eat lunch. Doesn't hanging out with an inspirational high school student sound like fun?

#2: You will make a difference. Attendance is just one of many differences you will make! A study at one of our high schools showed that Twenty-first Century Scholars who are mentored had a daily school attendance rate that was twice as good as those not being mentored.

#3: Everyone needs encouragers. You've been through some unique experiences and learned a lot from them. Now, it's time for you to pass those life lessons on to students who are ready to learn from you!

Don't take our word for it. Check out what

current participants have to say!
