#1: It takes an hour. There's a lot you can do in just an hour, you can talk, play a game, or eat lunch. Doesn't hanging out with an inspirational high school student sound like fun?
#2: You will make a difference. Attendance is just one of many differences you will make! A study at one of our high schools showed that Twenty-first Century Scholars who are mentored had a daily school attendance rate that was twice as good as those not being mentored.
#3: Everyone needs encouragers. You've been through some unique experiences and learned a lot from them. Now, it's time for you to pass those life lessons on to students who are ready to learn from you!
Don't take our word for it. Check out what
current participants have to say!

It's getting close to the time of year you have been dreaming of since elementary school: high school graduation. But before you walk down the aisle to pick up your diploma, you need to make sure you have money for college.
Join Project Leadership during the month of February at a variety of high schools in Delaware and Grant County to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Not only will you receive help in filling out the application, but you will be able to meet one-on-one with a financial consultant from The National Center for College Costs to review your FAFSA results and learn what they mean for the college you plan to attend.
