Students explore the workplace skills they already possess by completing the Agile Work Profiler. Through a collaborative team activity, personal skills assessment, and guided reflection, students identify their strongest "Agilities" and consider how those skills support success in their current career choice while building their CONNECT portfolio.

By the end of this lesson students will:

Complete the Agile Work Profiler (Career Skills Assessment).
Identify their top three workplace skills ("Agilities").
Explain how their personal skills connect to careers of interest.
Reflect on the importance of workplace skills in career success.
Record a personal skills reflection as a portfolio artifact.
