EMPLOYMENT

Agile Work Profiler

The Agile Work Profiler (AWP) is a career literacy tool that identifies your top skills and interests, your Agilities, as they relate to the workforce. The AWP helps students identify strengths, match interests with valued workforce skills, inform resume-building, and plan for relevant education, training, or certifications.

Resume Resources

A resume is a one-page document that highlights your education, work history, extracurricular activities, skills, and volunteer experience. Many employers require applicants to submit a resume as part of the hiring process. Your resume often serves as an employer's first impression of you, so it is important to present your qualifications clearly and professionally.

The Job Search

Now that you have your resume, you can start your job search! There are many tools available to help you get started. You might utilize platforms like Indeed or LinkedIn, which are both job search engines and hiring platforms, or you can utilize local job boards. You can also attend hiring fairs and career fairs to meet employers, learn about different careers, practice networking skills, and find available opportunities.

At the conclusion of the Senior Launch Lab, please complete the student lab survey below.
