  • Observe student participation during the Handless Cup Stacking activity.

  • Monitor student collaboration and communication during the team challenge.

  • Confer with students as they complete the Agile Work Profiler assessment.

  • Review student responses as they connect their top workplace skills to their current career choice.

 

Summative Assessments

  • Completed Agile Work Profiler assessment

  • Completed Reviewing Personal Skills worksheet

  • Identification of top three workplace skills ("Agilities")

  • Written explanation of how each top skill supports the student's current career choice

  • Portfolio submission of completed lesson artifacts
     

Evidence of Learning

Students demonstrate mastery by:

  • Identifying their top three workplace skills.

  • Explaining how personal skills contribute to workplace success.

  • Connecting their strongest skills to their current career choice.

  • Reflecting on the importance of personal skills in career planning.

  • Applying assessment results to better understand their career readiness.
