Assessment

Measuring Student Learning:

Formative Assessments

  • Observe student participation during the discussion about graduation traditions and the purpose of graduation regalia.

  • Monitor student progress as they design their "My Graduation Stole" sheets, providing feedback on how effectively their designs represent their current goals, accomplishments, and future aspirations.

  • Confer with students as they review diploma options and complete their "Graduation Card" sheets, offering guidance as they connect diploma choices with their current educational and career goals.

  • Review student participation during graduation presentations, ensuring students clearly explain the symbolism of their graduation stole and communicate their current plans for high school and beyond.
