Monitor student progress as they build their Draft Graduation Plans, providing guidance as they select courses, diploma options, and Graduation Pathways that align with their current educational and career goals.

Confer with students during individual check-ins, peer reviews, or teacher conferences, offering feedback on course selections, credit calculations, graduation requirements, and overall plan development.

Review student participation as they complete the Graduation Pathways Checklist and develop questions for their high school counselor, ensuring students can identify areas where they need additional information before scheduling classes.
