Project Leadership serves more than 5,000 students in East Central Indiana who need champions who believe in their ability to get to and through their post-secondary educations. If you have a desire to walk alongside Project Leadership in this mission – and with our students – ask us about engaging in one of these ways:

One hour per week is all it takes to mentor a 21st Century Scholar. You determine when and at which area high school you will mentor. Then we work to match you with a student whose personality and interests complement your personality and interests. Our mentoring program is rich with community volunteers who impact the lives of young adults in our community. Please join us.

Join our mission by providing sustaining financial gifts to support Project Leadership’s ongoing work. Project Leadership provides a way for employers to engage in economic development at the most grassroots level. Your donation to Project Leadership will help low-income students develop and achieve goals for viable careers in our region. Project Leadership’s work in our community depends on partners. Partners who sponsor our events and programs. Partners who provide gifts in kind. Partners, both corporate and individual, who provide job shadow experiences for students to explore career opportunities.
